These Terms of Use explain our policies, services, and responsibilities in connection with the use of Fursona's products and services. By signing up for any of our offerings, you agree to have fully read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined below.

Scope of Coverage

This document details the usage guidelines for Fursona services and products, including those offered through any Fursona-operated websites. Please note that these terms do not apply to companies or individuals outside of Fursona's management or ownership, including any third-party providers or external websites linked on our platforms.

Filing Complaints

We’re committed to resolving any concerns! If you encounter an issue with our services, we encourage you to reach out to us first to work towards a mutually acceptable solution. Only if we’re unable to resolve your complaint should you consider filing an official claim. Let’s talk it through before moving forward with any formal requests!

Refund Eligibility

We take every project seriously and aim to deliver on all agreed terms. If, however, after engaging in a dispute resolution process, a client is unsatisfied, refund requests will be evaluated based on the criteria specific to each service, as outlined below.

Application Development

If your project hasn’t started yet, you’re entitled to a full refund. For any programming services with signed agreements, Fursona will apply partial refunds if the work is incomplete, as calculated by us. The portion of the project that is not finished will be handled according to the scope agreed upon beforehand.

Dedicated Team Hiring

You’ll receive a full refund if your dedicated resource (programmer, designer, writer, SEO expert, etc.) hasn’t started the project on time. For cancellations after the project begins, we’ll provide a proportionate refund. Please note that refunds won’t apply for days already worked. If you’re unhappy with progress, notify our Project Manager immediately to discuss any concerns regarding tasks that remain incomplete.

Delivery Policy Terms

To ensure a smooth experience, both parties need to maintain timely communication and payments. Fursona will not be responsible for delays caused by delayed payments or communication breakdowns. Additionally, Fursona is not liable for incomplete projects due to the client failing to provide necessary information upfront.

Liability Limitations

Fursona's liability is limited to the portion of a project that remains incomplete at any given time, as per our agreement. We are not responsible for any indirect losses due to services delivered late or not delivered at all. Refunds will only be considered if the client formally cancels the project, and this cancellation must be communicated in writing.

Refund Processing

Once a project cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction (e.g., credit card or check).
